At BetterDogs, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the policy below to understand how our shipping process works.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our average shipping times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable international fulfillment centers and shipping couriers to deliver your order efficiently. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped from different logistics partners to ensure the fastest delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking to update, especially in the early stages of international transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot reimburse them.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Delays caused by courier issues, customs processing, or extreme weather are outside our control.

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we can reship it once corrected — but additional shipping charges may apply.

Failed Delivery or Refusal

If a package is refused or fails to be delivered due to customer action (e.g., not claiming at local post office), we are not obligated to issue a refund until the package is returned to us. Shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.
