Refund policy

At BetterDogs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 90-day return window, subject to the conditions outlined below.

90-Day Comfort Guarantee

You may return your item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Incorrect Size or Fit

If the harness does not fit your dog, we offer one free size exchange per order. To qualify:

  • The original item must be returned in good condition.

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • Only one free exchange is permitted per order.

We reserve the right to deny repeated size exchange requests for the same customer or order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in good condition (lightly tried is acceptable, but without damage, heavy wear, or misuse).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • The original packaging is recommended to complete a return.

  • Customers must state the reason for the return (e.g. sizing, comfort, dog’s reaction, etc.) so we can gather feedback and prevent policy misuse.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Orders with clear signs of fraud or abuse of the return policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@betterdogs.co with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Policy Abuse

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to refuse service or returns to anyone who, in our sole discretion, demonstrates excessive, fraudulent, or suspicious return behavior.
